At The Whiskey Library, we take pride in our curated collection; however, due to the consumable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened bottles or damaged items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Our cellar masters will review your request to ensure the safety seals are intact and the product meets return eligibility.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the bottle in its original specialized shipping container to prevent breakage during transit.

  Refund Issuance

  Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
