Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States due to complex international liquor laws. We are working diligently to expand our reach to more countries in the future.
How is my whiskey packaged to prevent breakage?
Every bottle is encased in custom-molded, shock-absorbent foam and shipped in heavy-duty, double-walled corrugated boxes to ensure your rare finds arrive in pristine condition.
Is a signature required upon delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all alcohol deliveries. The carrier will verify your ID at the time of delivery; packages cannot be left at the door.
Can I return a bottle if I don't like the taste?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food or beverage items once the seal is broken. If your bottle arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
How do you verify the authenticity of rare bottles?
Our specialists source directly from certified distilleries and reputable estates. Each 'Library Reserve' bottle undergoes a multi-point inspection of the seal, glass, and label to guarantee 100% authenticity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For ultra-premium collections, we also offer secure bank wire transfers.
